Q: How long does it take to charge?
A: It takes about 4-5 hours for a full charge.

Q: What are the benefits of an eBike?
A: 1 Affordable to buy, cheap to operate at $0.10/mile
2 Quick way to get around by avoiding the congested traffic
3 Health benefits from breathing the fresh air to excersize
4 No Licence or registration required

Q: Does the battery have a memory?
A: There is no memory but a cooler the battery is during the charge/discharge cycles the longer it last.

Q: How fast can you go?
A: The legal speed in Canada is set at 32 kms at which the power to the motor is then cut off but you can still exceed that speed by peddle power produced by the rider.

Q: If I run out of battery, can I still continue my ride?
A: You can still peddle and shift into different gears but the power is supplied by the rider.

Q: How far can you go on a full charge?
A: There is variance in the distance traveled depending upon payload weight, how much or hard you peddle, wind and hills and road surface also effect outcome.

Q: What if the bike does not start or turn on?
A: Check to make sure battery is charged, key is on, all connectors are secure are the most common issues. If this is not the solution, call us for service information.
